BreezeAire is a good product that works very well for keeping our wines cool in credenza. After ordering online, it was delivered promptly as advertised and it’s simply plug and play - nothing else to get it going. There are couple of things BreezeAire could do to improve customer experience. Most important would be listing/providing current BreezeAire Service Providers in or near big cities since not all AirConditioner repair service personal are familiar with these units. Advise customers service frequency as well to help the product last longer, in last 14 years I’ve had to replace my unit twice and I blame it on lack of service availability!
I’m not sure I would call it a quiet product - for a small air conditioner it is a little loud. Ease of ordering, simple Plug & Play and keeping wines cool efficiently are big strengths.
