It delivers 2049 BTUh of cooling capacity (rated with 85°F condenser intake air) and is engineered to maintain stable 55°F storage conditions when installed correctly.

This unit will not compensate for structural deficiencies, insulation gaps, or excessive ambient heat.

Reminder: The CellarCool CX Series Wine Cooling Unit CX3300 requires the area it is releasing or exhausting its hot air doesn't exceed 85°F for your wine cellar to be at 55°F.

Everything went fine, shipping and communication with the vendor except the unit that came was different dimensions than advertised & reported on the specs page. quality at a good price

I installed this unit 3 weeks ago and it took about 10 days to get all (800) the bottles to feel cold. The unit is quiet and does not vibrate when running. Install was easy. The unit only runs for about 10-15 mins several times a day and does not seem to change the temp in my garage, the garage stays about 70 degree even when the unit was running a lot for the first 10 days. so far so good. now to get all the bottles racked and catalogued.

Working as advertised

Was in a panic when my WineMate died. Cellar Cool promised delivery in a week and it arrived on time. It took a few days to get the cellar to cool to 55 degrees again but it has maintained that now for two weeks. The major difference in the two units is that this takes out about a quart of water every day where the old unit never produced any water.
