The Breezaire WKSL 4000 is a split wine cellar cooling system designed for properly constructed residential wine cellars up to approximately 1,000 cubic feet.
Unlike through-the-wall systems, this unit separates the evaporator (installed inside the cellar) from the condenser (installed remotely), reducing interior mechanical noise and allowing flexible condenser placement.
It is built specifically for long-term wine storage — not comfort cooling — and is engineered to maintain stable cellar temperatures around 55°F when installed in a sealed, insulated wine room.
Also available in the Breezaire WKSL 2200, offering a more compact solution while delivering reliable cooling performance for smaller wine cellars up to 265 cu. ft. compared to the WKSL 4000.

It purchased one of these around 8-9 years ago (old WVK 3000) and have not had one problem in all that time. No digital read out, just a screw to turn! Set it and forget it! W/ an exhaust room, it keeps the small cellar at a constant 58. Will definitely purchase one if this one gives up on me. Much better value than other units of the same size.
