NOTE: WhisperKOOL 2500 Cabinet System can be used as a replacement for older models of WhisperKOOL cooling units, such as 1000, 1100, 1200, and 2300, without any modifications needed. However, if you wish to replace other brands of cooling units, modifications to the cabinet may be required.

The WhisperKOOL 2500 Cabinet System is a direct replacement cooling unit for Vinotheque wine cabinets previously equipped with WhisperKOOL 1000, 1100, 1200, or 2300 systems. It is designed exclusively for insulated wine cabinets and is not suitable for open wine rooms or custom-built enclosures.

Is the WhisperKOOL 2500 the Correct Replacement for Your Cabinet?

The 2500 Cabinet System is appropriate if:

• You own a Vinotheque wine cabinet.
• Your current cooling unit is a WhisperKOOL 1000, 1100, 1200, or 2300.
• You can provide the serial number of your existing unit or photos of your cabinet.
• The exhaust environment does not exceed 85°F.

This unit is sold strictly as a replacement system for existing cabinet installations.

Do Not Purchase This Unit If:

• You are installing into a custom-built wine room.
• You are attempting to cool an open cellar space.
• Your cabinet is not a Vinotheque cabinet.
• Your exhaust area regularly exceeds 85°F.
• You cannot verify compatibility before shipment.

Improper installation or incorrect application may result in insufficient cooling performance or reduced system lifespan.

The 2500 Cabinet System is engineered for factory-built, insulated wine cabinets where airflow and insulation parameters are predefined. It is not a room-cooling system.

30°F Temperature Differential Explained

The system is designed to maintain proper cabinet temperature when the exhaust environment does not exceed 85°F.

This means:

• If the exhaust space is 85°F, the unit can maintain cabinet temperatures approximately 30°F lower.
• If exhaust temperatures exceed 85°F, cooling capacity decreases and compressor stress increases.

Proper ventilation around the exhaust side of the cabinet is essential for long-term reliability.
