The WhisperKOOL SC PRO 3000 is a self-contained, through-the-wall wine cellar cooling system designed for properly insulated and sealed wine rooms up to 650 cubic feet.
It is intended for interior installations where the condenser intake air temperature does not exceed 85°F.
When installed in a correctly constructed wine cellar with proper vapor barrier and heat load calculation, the SC PRO 3000 can maintain a stable 55°F storage environment for long-term wine preservation.

How the SC PRO 3000 Works
Centrifugal Blower System
Advanced blower fans replace traditional axial fans to produce stronger, more uniform airflow. This reduces temperature stratification and improves consistency across the cellar.
TXV (Thermostatic Expansion Valve)
The system uses a smart metering TXV valve to regulate refrigerant flow dynamically. This improves efficiency and stabilizes cooling performance under varying load conditions.
Liquid-Temperature Bottle Probe
Unlike systems that measure only air temperature, the SC PRO 3000 measures the temperature of the wine itself. This allows for more accurate long-term storage control.
Integrated Condensate Evaporator
The unit can evaporate up to approximately 3 ounces of condensate per hour under standard conditions. A drain line is still recommended in humid climates as a secondary precaution.
Digital Controller with System Protection
The front-facing digital interface includes operational alerts to notify users if temperature or performance deviates from normal parameters.

This unit replaced the previous WhisperKool model that I had owned for ten years or more. It is significantly quieter than the previous one which is a major benefit. It has only been installed for about a week but appears to be operating well. It fit in the same cutout the previous cooler had occupied. I hired a handyman to hook it up and the entire job was done in 2 hours

Quiet, Easy to Operate & Efficient
The unit is much quieter than my old unit (Vintage Keeper Tuscany 900). The bottle temperature probe allows the cooling unit to run longer but not as often. The unit also uses about 20% less energy than my last unit.

Had to replace an ancient discontinued Whisperkool unit. Sent pictures to Mary and she was able to identify it and offer a replacement suggestion. Got a bit of a discount, unit arrived within the week. When I went to install the unit the old ducting kit no longer works with the newer, more efficient model (of course), so now I need to pick up the ducting kit... I've reached out to them and they responded that they'll be getting back to me today.
