The WhisperKOOL Extreme 3500ti is a self-contained, through-the-wall wine cellar cooling system designed for properly insulated residential wine rooms up to 800 cubic feet. It features variable-speed fans, an advanced digital controller, and a liquid-temperature bottle probe for accurate wine temperature management. The unit can maintain a 55°F cellar temperature even when condenser air intake reaches 110°F, provided the cellar is fully insulated, sealed, and protected with a vapor barrier. Installation requires a 115V 20-amp dedicated circuit and proper ventilation of the condenser side.

The 3500ti is a self-contained cooling system, meaning both evaporator and condenser components are housed in one unit. It installs directly through a wall, with the evaporator side cooling the cellar and the condenser side exhausting warm air into an adjacent space or outdoors.
Variable-Speed Fans
The variable-speed fans automatically adjust airflow to maintain stable cellar temperatures. This reduces short cycling and helps extend compressor life.
Liquid-Temperature Bottle Probe
The bottle probe measures the liquid temperature of stored wine rather than ambient air. This results in more accurate wine preservation and reduced temperature fluctuation.
Advanced Digital Controller
The front-mounted digital controller monitors system performance and includes built-in protection alerts. It helps prevent freeze-up, overheating, and operational stress on the compressor.

Its now been installed for ~ 2 weeks. So far its done great. Low speed is fairly quiet and has easily kept up and the Fon feature is keeping the moisture in the appropriate range.
