How the Platinum Split 8000 Ductless System Works
This is a split-system wine cellar cooling unit, meaning:
The evaporator is installed inside or adjacent to the cellar.
The condenser is installed remotely (attic, mechanical room, or outdoors).
The evaporator delivers cooled air directly into the cellar through a visible grille. Heat is removed through refrigerant lines to the condenser, which may be installed up to 100 line feet away.
This separation reduces noise and heat transfer inside the cellar while allowing flexible installation.
